Why are common training and examination standards important when it comes to the quality of vocational education and training? A film about German-Russian demonstration examinations in the field of motor vehicle mechatronics shows it. The film was realized as part of a cooperation project on behalf of the BMBF.

Der Mittelstand BVMW setzt sich seit über 40 Jahren für den Erhalt und die Stärkung mittelständischer Unternehmen ein. Ein wichtiger Faktor dabei ist die Unternehmensberatung, daher hat der BVMW das Beraternetzwerk Mittelstand gegründet.

Das Zertifikat dient mittelständischen Unternehmen auf der Suche nach einem Unternehmensberater einerseits als gute Orientierung im oft undurchsichtigen Beraterdschungel. Gleichzeitig ist es aber auch vom Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) als Qualitätsnachweis anerkannt, förderfähige Beratungen anbieten zu können, wodurch sich für Kunden auch kalkulatorisch ein echter Mehrwert ergibt.

Die BVMW-Beraterzertifizierung bescheinigt, dass ein Berater im Bereich der Unternehmensberatung von mittelständischen Unternehmen erfahren und geeignet ist, „heißt es auf der Website des BVMW. Beim Zertifizierungsprozess stehen vor allem die Praxistauglichkeit der Beratung und die Abstimmung auf die besonderen Gegebenheiten von mittelständischen Unternehmen auf dem Prüfstand.

„Für mich war die Zertifizierung hin zum BVMW-geprüften Berater ein logischer Schritt“.

Die Zertifizierung war anspruchsvoll, ergebnisbezogen und pragmatisch zugleich. Ich freue mich sehr über diese Zertifizierung und stehe Ihnen sehr gern für Beratungen in Ihrem Unternehmen zur Verfügung.

What exactly is LEGO Serious Play?

On November 18th/19th, 2020 I successfully participated and completed my training in Berlin
“SERIOUSWork Certified Facilitator of Lego®Serious Play®”.

There were two exciting and content-rich days, which were excellently prepared and facilitated by Mr. Jens Dröge (www.jensdroege.de).
So, what exactly is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is used for strategy development, for team development, to improve communication or for the purpose of resolving conflicts.
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is also carried out successfully in coaching, leadership development and change management.
Trainers, who are specially trained and certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, such as myself, lead through an LSP workshop.
Each of the participants contributes the same amount, and equally, to the result.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops are fast, very factual and conflict-free and therefore particularly efficient.
Substantial results, which are respectively and equally shared by all participants, can be achieved in just four hours.
I look forward to working with you and using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method as an effective and efficient tool to render the complex simple, and thus find fast and creative solutions.
