On November 18th/19th, 2020 I successfully participated and completed my training in Berlin
“SERIOUSWork Certified Facilitator of Lego®Serious Play®”.
There were two exciting and content-rich days, which were excellently prepared and facilitated by Mr. Jens Dröge (www.jensdroege.de).
So, what exactly is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is used for strategy development, for team development, to improve communication or for the purpose of resolving conflicts.
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is also carried out successfully in coaching, leadership development and change management.
Trainers, who are specially trained and certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, such as myself, lead through an LSP workshop.
Each of the participants contributes the same amount, and equally, to the result.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops are fast, very factual and conflict-free and therefore particularly efficient.
Substantial results, which are respectively and equally shared by all participants, can be achieved in just four hours.
